Want “No Smoking” Signs for your Business?

Now that the City of Boise has put into effect a ban on smoking in bars, some outdoor cafés, bus stops and the parks, the Central District Health Department (CDHD) has been getting calls from businesses wanting “No Smoking” signs. CDHD does not have a supply of signs; however, free “No Smoking” signs can be obtained from the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare’s Respiratory Health Program. Interested business owners can contact Jack Miller at 334-4936 or by email at millerj@dhw.idaho.gov.

The signs were purchased with a grant from the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
