Meals On Wheels Offers Valentine-A-Grams

With Valentine's Day just around the corner you might be thinking of what you're going to get that special someone. You could be traditional with flowers and chocolates, or you could be among the first to order a Valentine-A-Gram from the Meals On Wheels program. Meals On Wheels, with the donations of several local food vendors, has put together a heavenly treat for your sweetie. All proceeds go to benefit the program that provides hot, nutritious meals to homebound seniors in Ada and Elmore counties.

Each Valentine-A-Gram features:

• two delicious, mouth-watering cinnamon rolls from Pastry Perfection;
• a packet of fresh ground Dawson Taylor coffee, with an insulated travel mug;
• a bottle of Nobel 100% pure organic orange juice;
• a box of Goody's premium chocolates;
• an organic chocolate bar from Earthpure Organics;
• gift certificates from Booster Juice and Hollywood Video;
• and a personal note from you.

Each Valentine-A-Gram is only $26.50 and includes delivery anywhere in Boise or Meridian. All Valentine-A-Grams will be delivered on Valentine's Day, Thursday February 14th. Quantities are limited to 200 Valentine-A-Grams and orders must be placed by February 8th. Call the Meals On Wheels program at 327-7460 to place your order. The Meals On Wheels program has been around since 1974 and now serves more than 600 homebound seniors in Ada and Elmore counties every weekday.
