Enroll in Free Living Well in Idaho Classes at CDHD

The Central District Health Department is hosting a series of six free Living Well in Idaho classes designed to help people manage ongoing health problems. The classes start on March 16th and will run every Wednesday through April 20th from 9:30 a.m. to 12 noon.

Topics covered during the six weeks of classes include the management of:

Pain and fatigue
Difficult emotions, anxiety and stress
Communication with your family and doctors
Medication usage
Goal-setting and problem-solving

Anyone with an ongoing health condition, such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, COPD, arthritis, asthma or depression is welcome to join the classes. Family, friends and caregivers are invited to attend as well.
