Health Alert Network (HAN)
The Health Alert Network (HAN) is an essential resource for communication between Central District Health Department and health care providers, schools, laboratories, pharmacies, and other medical service providers. We highly encourage our healthcare community to sign-up to receive HAN messages. HAN is used to pass on important information about outbreaks, seasonal disease advisories, educational opportunities, and more.
Education Opportunities
Central District Health Department frequently provides educational opportunities for healthcare service providers in our community. Educational opportunities range from sexually transmitted disease updates to domestic biological terrorism.
HIPAA
As a public health agency, Central District Health Department is responsible for maintaining privacy and confidentiality of our clients.
