The link above provides an interface to a compilation of database records known as Laserfiche. Central District Health Department cannot be liable for inaccuracies or misuse of this data. The data contained here is to be used only for reference purposes.
The records compiled here date back to 1971, but not all properties will appear in the database. Some older records could not be configured to fit into the system. Therefore a search for some records more than 20 years old may result in a "No Match" finding because images of those documents do not exist.
Suggestions for Using Laserfiche
For the best results, click on the Search tab as indicated in the following screenshot.
On the next screen you will have the option to search by street address or the legal description of the property.
